Yesterday, I tossed some grilled courgettes and aubergines with Bumba Calabrise, capers, garlic, fresh mint and a lot of extra virgin olive oil. Bumba Calabrise — also known as the Calabrian bomb — is a explosively hot and versatile condiment/spread made of Calabrian chillies, aubergine and bell peppers.
We value home cooked meals; interaction with our family and friends is often at our dinner table. Around the table, our bairns learn valuable lessons about life: the art of adult conversation, manners, and the appreciation of home made food.
