Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino!!! Simple, but most loved dish in our family. It has only four ingredients: spaghetti, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chilies.
Under no circumstances should you mix in cheese! However, feel free to fry in a skilled, along with the basic ingrediencies, your favourite seafood and finely chopped parsley... that is if you want to elevate the dish. Once the spaghetti has been cooked al dente, drain it, and amalgamate it with the flavours in the skilled. Serve immediately!

- Fresh chili pepper, as much as you like
