One good thing about pandemic has been that I have learned how to bake bread. For lunch today, I prepared hot chili pork and tomato sauce. Instead of pasta, I served the sauce with warm bread.
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chilli
- 350 g pork meat, cut in bits
- extra virgin olive oil, for frying
- 400 g sieved tomato sauce (pomodoro passato)
Stir-fry the pork, onion and chillies. When pork is browned slightly pour in tomato sauce, and let simmer until pork is soft. Serve with pasta or bread.
