Scottish pancakes served with lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar

I had two breakfast today (The hobbits were right! Eating two breakfasts is better than none at all!). One at 7.00 o'clock, and the other at about 11.00. The 11 clock brekkie was prepared by one of my sons and my mannie: thin pancakes with lemon and a sprinkle of sugar. This is how Aberdonians eat pancakes. Best things are simple and cheap! Have a great Sunday everyone!

There is no sugar in the batter, so you could also enjoy these with savory stuff like cold-smoked salmon.

Kenyan tea is the best!
