I love making quick and easy dinners. For tonight I grilled pork ribs and served it with blanched spinach. I normally eat blanched spinach like the Italians, with a bit of fresh garlic, plenty of extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice. Simple but so good!
I first boil pork chops as to get rid of the blood and excess fat for 10 minutes. Then I coat them with barbeque sauce, and put them under a grill for 15 minutes or so.
