7th grader's homework in home economics — Roasted Lamb with Root Veggies, and Portobello & Champion Mushroom Risotto

I could get used to this, a dish that was cooked by my son Xan for his home economics' homework during distance learning: Roasted Lamb with Root Veggies, and Portobello & Champion Mushroom Risotto. 

In Finland, the basic (only junior high) and secondary education shall remain in distance learning mode over the Easter holidays, until 9 April 2021, after which alternation model is applied.
