Here is a recipe for a simple but rather tasty dish.
- 1 fennel bulb + leaves
- 2 potatoes
- 10 baby asparagus, if desired
- Salt, pepper & evoo
- Sprinkle of white wine
- Pour some evoo on a frying pan.
- Chop garlic, fennel and potatoes
- Frying the veg on medium heat until you get some maillard reaction.
- Stir in chopped baby asparagus, fennel leaves, a splash of white wine, sprinkle of salt and pepper, and cover with a lid.
- Serve when the potatoes are cooked through.
