Whimsical Pavlova Birthday Cake

We always celebrate our bairns' birthday with 'Pavlova' as this is what the bairns request every year. For our version of Pavlova you need to mix together chopped French meringue, pieces of mudcake, fresh strawberries and rasberries and bind everything together with whipped vanilla cream.
