Celeriac and lentils with walnuts and mint, a Yotam Ottolenghi recipe. Instead of hazelnuts, I used walnuts. I like hazelnuts mainly in chocolate bars or home-made chocolate spread, but not in a savory dish. I like eating celeriac raw, roasted or broiled.
