Not only I am a mother, but I am also the personal chauffeur to my boys. After driving them to school and back as well as to their hobbies (tennis, squash, karate, judo) and so on for 6 hours, I felt like preparing something light and easy. Cold smoked salmon with baby rucola (germogli di rucola) salad served on Islanders bread (saaristolaisleipä/skärgårdsbröd) with a dollop of smetana. Also, some fresh salmon eggs on rye bread.
